The United Arab Emirates is well-known for its hubs for international trade and a very rapid adaptation of technology and innovations. Many Dutch companies are already active in different business areas.

The country is actively developing new sectors, in order to be less dependent on their traditional oil-related businesses. Which means more interesting opportunities for Dutch companies.  There are business opportunities in sectors such as transport & logistics, trade, financial services, aviation & port development, marketing & communication, healthcare. entertainment & tourism. The UAE is a country that continues to surprise with rapid economic developments. Join this trade mission to explore the business opportunities in the UAE.

Why participate?

The demand for Western quality products is increasing rapidly, especially luxury products. Importers and distributors in the UAE are looking for partners in the areas of food, fashion, and Dutch design articles. In addition, there are many opportunities for service providers in the financial sector, transport & logistics, tourism, marketing & communication, etc.

We will visit the UAE during the Gulfood exhibition and the Dubai Food Festival. The Gulfood is the world’s largest annual food, beverage and hospitality fair where professionals and buyers from all over the world meet. This exhibition focuses on the gigantic food business which also focuses on innovations, new technology and also the trillion dollar halal industry.

Did you know that the UAE imports more than 80% of its food every year and that about 50% of this is exported to, among other things, the Gulf states, India and Africa.

Shortly after the Gulfood, the Dubai Food Festival will start where specialists and food lovers will travel from all over the world. Every year, the organization organizes a meeting of the best cuisines from around the world, where both consumers and professionals get inspiration for new tastes and concepts. Various meetings are also organized around the festival, for example in the field of fashion, beauty, sport and culture.
CGCB International BV guides you in a practical way:

Dutch companies from all sectors are encouraged to participate. CGCB has a great deal of experience in organizing high-quality business missions in which the wishes of each individual participant are closely examined. For this you will receive an intake form in advance, followed by an intake interview so that we understand your wishes and objectives for the trip.

Did you know that more than 80% of the inhabitants of the UAE are expats? This varies from low-skilled construction workers and port employees to lawyers, bankers, managers, doctors and of course a very wide variety of entrepreneurs in technology, automotive, finance, legal, trade, marketing, tourism and hospitality services.
